Terms and Conditions

The AutoPlan Vacances fares include

 

• Unlimited mileage and mandatory insurances
• Complementary CDW Collision Damage Waiver insurance (this insurance reduces the deductible in case of an accident) except Australia and New Zealand
• The complementary TP Theft Protection insurance (this insurance reduces the deductible in case of theft) except Australia and New Zealand
• The local  taxes
• Airport taxes (if mentioned in the country special terms and conditions)
  
• The cancel insurance

AutoPlan Vacances does not charge any handling fees
 

The AutoPlan Vacances fares do not include

• Fuel 
• The underage fee
• The additional driver fees
• The eventual options like baby seat, booster seat, ski racks, roof racks, etc...
• PAI Personal Accident Insurance (except in certain countries)
• Drop off fees
• Theft and personal effects Insurance

 

In the United States

The AutoPlan Vacances fares also include

• Liability Cover insurance
• This insurance offers third party insurance up to $1.000.000 US Dollars and covers non insured drivers up to $100.000 US Dollars

In case of disagreement related to the subscribed options, the renter must contact the car rental company directly

 

Drivers licence and age

 

The minimum age is, in a general way, of 21 years

In certain countries a your driver fee may apply, this fee will be paid upon arrival

A maximum age may be required

Internet Secured Payment

 

Payment can only be made in advance on the AutoPlan Vacances secured website. VISA, MasterCard or Eurocard accepted.

In exchange, AutoPlan Vacances will send the client a .PDF format Voucher by email.

 

Vehicle pick up

In order to pick up a vehicle, the renter must present the following elements to the Rent-a-Car company mentioned on the Voucher: 

• A driver's licence valid for over one year
• The Voucher forwarded by AutoPlan Vacances
• A valid passport or identity card
• A valid international credit card (with numbers printed and embossed) 

All bookings being nominative, the four elements mentioned previously must be under the name of the person picking up the vehicle.

 

Cancellation / Refund policy

 

The cancellation insurance is included in the AutoPlan Vacances package.

The renter may cancel the reservation by telephone by calling + 33 (0) 1 40 71 72 54 during the Reservations Central opening hours at least 6 hours before the pick up time.

 

AutoPlan Vacances or the car rental company will not allow any refund if:

 

• The car rental company has refused the contract due to the absence or non conformity of one of the documents mentioned before, or refusal of the credit card
• If the renter is not present at the pick up time, even if the delay is due to flight issues
• The renter has made a mistake while filling out the reservation form 

 

Contract extension
 

The renter may extend a contract, on the rental company's agreement. The renter must necessarily contact the car rental company, at least 48 hours prior to the end of the contract, and pay the additional price valid at the time of the call.
 

Complaints
 

Eventual complaints must be forwarded in writing to our Customer Service.
